Municipal & State Laws:
Please Note! The Wedding Register cannot be signed on the Beach. It must be signed in a room with Foundations, Roof and an open door. This is normally done at the Reception after the Ceremony.

No Marquees, Tables Food and Alcohol permitted on South African Beaches. Therefore NO Receptions on the Beaches

Application to use the Beaches must be submitted to the local goverment offices 3 monthes before the date. There is no charge for this.
